6 years agoJacksonville Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles played just one series in Thursday night's preseason opening loss to the New Orleans Saints, but he made that series count, going 6-for-9 from the field for 53 yards and adding in a rushing touchdown as well. Bortles spread the ball around the field and was accurate on his incompletions as well. While Bortles has dealt with his share of criticism since joining the league, Jacksonville has surrounded him with quality weapons this season. Thursday is an encouraging sign that Bortles can be a consistent fantasy option this year.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
