Cedric Mullins Shines In MLB Debut
6 years agoBaltimore Orioles outfield prospect Cedric Mullins looked right at home in the big-league lineup in his Friday debut against the Red Sox, going 3-for-4 with a single, two doubles, two RBI, and a walk. The 23-year-old hit .288 with 11 home runs, 46 RBI, and 21 stolen bases in 108 games between Double-A Bowie and Triple-A Norfolk, so he is an intriguing fantasy player. He will be the team's everyday center fielder, so he will be able to get routine at-bats. While it would be nice to see a larger sample size before making a move, Mullins may be worth a stash in AL-only leagues and dynasty leagues now before he gains more attention.
