6 years agoIn the absence of Arizona Cardinals veteran running back David Johnson, who was rested, young backs T.J. Logan and Chase Edmonds played well in their team's victory against the Dallas Cowboys. Logan had 11 carries for 86 yards and a touchdown with a long carry of 59 yards while Edmonds had 11 carries for 55 yards. Both backs figure to play a complimentary role to Johnson for the year. Should he go down with an injury, the obvious beneficiary is Chase Edmonds, the rookie who will likely be his direct backup for the year. For now, Edmonds is nothing more than an undervalued handcuff option.--mkmillwall
