6 years agoGreen Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers was helped off the field after taking a sack in Sunday night’s game against the Chicago Bears. Rodgers fell awkwardly and had trouble putting weight on his left leg. He was brought to the locker room on a cart. No details have been provided about the injury and there is no indication as to whether Rodgers is likely or not to return. Quarterback Deshone Kizer will fill in for Rodgers while he remains on the sidelines. Rodgers is one of the elite quarterbacks in the NFL, and Kizer, a second year quarterback who struggled with the Cleveland Browns last year, will have a hard time filling his shoes.--Tyger McGuiggan
