Markelle Fultz Looks Sharp Against Melbourne
6 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers guard Markelle Fultz didn't attempt the three pointer that many were hoping to see after offseason concerns about his jump shot, but he did look strong in Philadelphia's preseason victory over Melbourne United. Fultz finished well at the rim and took a few jumpers, finishing with 14 points on 6-for-11 shooting. He added in four assists as well. Head coach Brett Brown moved Fultz into the starting unit for this one to see how he worked with point guard Ben Simmons and the results were encouraging. Even without showing a consistent jumper yet, Fultz is trending upwards.
