Josh Allen A Low-End QB2 Option
6 years agoBuffalo Bills rookie quarterback Josh Allen has progressed nicely over the last two games. Allen produced season-highs in completion percentage (68%) and yards per throw (8.91) last week against Minnesota. The Wyoming product also tallied 39 yards and two touchdowns on the ground to give him 71 rushing yards and slightly more than 42 fantasy points in his two starts on the season. Green Bay, the Bills Week 4 opponent, has been able to generate a decent amount of pressure on quarterbacks this season (ranking 10th). But the Packers are 21st against the pass as they have allowed opposing quarterbacks to complete 68% of their passes for 262.3 yards a game and six touchdowns. With the Bills offensive line so unstable and their receivers being unreliable, Allen is at best a back-end QB2 for Week 4.
