6 years agoGreen Bay running back Aaron Jones has shown in a small sample size that he is the most talented rusher in Green Bay. Pressure is growing on Green Bay’s coaching staff to use him more extensively and we could see that in Week 6 when they take on the San Francisco 49ers on Monday night. Jones served a two week suspension and has remained behind both Jamaal Williams and Ty Montgomery in snaps. Williams has been favored by Green Bay due to his excellent pass protection skills. However, this has become increasingly ridiculous as the gulf between the two players rushing abilities is enormous. Jones will be facing a vulnerable San Francisco run defense, so if he could get 12-16 carries he could easily have a big game. You are better off keeping Jones on the bench until we see bigger usage, but the potential for a big game is there if you want to err towards the side of risk.--Tyger McGuiggan
