6 years agoVancouver Canucks defenseman Alexander Edler (lower body) was forced to leave Wednesday's 3-2 shootout victory against the Vegas Golden Knights due to a lower-body injury and he was unable to return. It was a rough game for the Canucks, who lost three more key members of their team due to various injuries. To make matters worse, they have several injuries to their AHL Utica minor-league team, so it's uncertain if they will be able to find any suitable replacements in time for Thursday's game at Arizona or play with a short bench.--Daniel Dobish
