6 years agoThe Green Bay Packers Week 8 game against the Los Angeles Rams will be an important test for both Green Bay and quarterback Aaron Rodgers. Rodgers has been able to consistently produce this year despite missing some of his top targets, an injured knee, and a comically outdated offensive scheme. However, the Los Angeles Rams defense is of a caliber that Rodgers has not faced for four straight quarters. Additionally, the Rams defense is helmed by Wade Phillips who created the blue print for stopping Rodgers and Green Bay three years ago when he was in Denver. Rodgers is optimistic that he can play the upcoming game without a knee brace and should be with all of his receiving options. This isn’t an ideal situation, but it should be a high scoring game. Rodgers has proven that he should be started in fantasy in all circumstances and that includes this week’s upcoming game.--Tyger McGuiggan
