6 years agoAtlanta Hawks shooting guard/small forward Vince Carter knocked down four triples on his way to tying his season-high point total of 12 in a loss to the Bulls on Saturday night. Carter was 4-for-9 from the floor with all but two of his shot attempts coming from beyond the arc. He also contributed two rebounds, one assist, one block along with a steal. The 41-year-old wing has started all five games this season with John Collins (ankle) currently on the shelf. However, Carter is averaging just 21 minutes a game and the only two things he has provided for fantasy owners is low double-figure scoring and some three-point shooting, so it is best to leave him on the waiver wire.--Daniel Benjamin
