Kent Bazemore's Inconsistency Is Maddening
6 years agoAtlanta Hawks shooting guard/small forward Kent Bazemore was held to eight points on three of nine shooting in Saturday night's loss to the Bulls. Bazemore, who knocked down one of four three-point attempts, also had two rebounds along with one assist and four turnovers. This stinker of a performance comes on the heels of two excellent games where he posted game scores of at least 20. While the 29-year-old wing is not great at any one thing, he is talented enough to fill the stat sheet on a more consistent basis. Still, he is off to a quality start to the season, so if fantasy owners want him they should move on those instincts now. It is likely that his numbers will decrease to around his career averages, especially when the Hawks get everyone healthy.
