6 years agoWashington Wizards power forward Markieff Morris was able to play in Sunday's road game against the Los Angeles Clippers, but he had a forgettable evening. Morris, who was a game-time decision, went scoreless across 14 minutes, misfiring on all four of his field-goal attempts, including three attempts from behind the three-point arc. Jeff Green and Kelly Oubre Jr. helped pick up the slack off the bench. He'll have a couple of days to get well before the Wizards face the Grizzlies on the banks of the Mississippi River.--Daniel Dobish
