Esa Lindell Records Two-Point Night
6 years agoDallas Stars defenseman Esa Lindell notched a power-play goal while adding an assist and a plus-one rating with two blocked shots, a minor penalty and a hit over 21:47 of ice time in Tuesday's 4-1 road victory against the Montreal Canadiens. It was his first goal of the season, and he snapped a 19-game goal drought dating back to March 23, 2018 against the Boston Bruins. His last goal against a Western Conference club came back on Feb. 1, 2018 in Arizona. Despite the lack of goals lately, he is a sharp fantasy option for those in pools using the hits (20) and blocked shots (16) categories.
