6 years agoMinnesota Vikings running back Dalvin Cook (hamstring) returned to practice on Wednesday as a limited participant. He was originally expected to be out until after the Vikings' bye week in Week 10, but he appears to be slightly ahead of schedule. He remains questionable for the Week 9 contest against the Detroit Lions, although, he will likely be on a snap count if he suits up. His return would directly impact the fantasy value of Latavius Murray, who has taken over the RB1 role in his absence. Murray has played exceptionally well over the past three weeks which makes it unlikely that the Vikings rush Cook back. Regardless, Cook should be avoided in Week 9 whether he plays or not.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
