6 years agoToronto Maple Leafs center Nazem Kadri posted a goal with an assist, a plus-1 rating, two shots on net and a hit in his 17:56 of ice time in Friday's 6-1 win against the New Jersey Devils in the Hall of Fame Game. He also won six of his 10 faceoff chances (60.0 percent) in the circle. The former first-round pick is really showing the Leafs his value since Auston Matthews (shoulder) went down, posting five goals with seven points and a plus-3 rating over his past seven outings. This was his first multi-point effort since Oct. 11. He'll look to keep it rolling into Saturday's game at Boston.--Daniel Dobish
