Green Bay Packers Defense An Unattractive Option In Week 12
6 years agoThe Green Bay Packers defense and special teams unit faces another tough matchup in Week 12 when they go to Minnesota to take on the Vikings. The defense has taken a big step forward this year, but they still struggle against veteran quarterbacks. In addition, they will be without their best defensive linemen Mike Daniels and likely missing several players in the secondary. The Packers DST just isn’t of the quality that they are worth starting against a strong offense on a good day, let alone when they are banged up. The Packers DST is a valuable streaming option against inexperienced quarterbacks as they showed in Week 4 and Week 10, but this simply isn’t going to be one of those days. The Packers DST should not be started this week, although they do warrant consideration for Week 13 when they take on the Arizona Cardinals.
