6 years agoChicago Bulls center Wendell Carter Jr. finished with eight points and six rebounds against the San Antonio Spurs on Monday, logging at least five fouls for the fourth consecutive game. After some early season success that has thrust the rookie into the starting lineup on a nightly basis, his expectations have cratered back to earth, as he averages just 25.4 minutes per game entering play Monday, capping his nightly output. He draws a tough match-up Wednesday against the Milwaukee Bucks, who have been stingy against opposing centers this year.--Jesse Borek
