6 years agoHouston Rockets point/shooting guard James Harden answered his 54-point game Monday by posting his first triple-double of the season Wednesday against the Dallas Mavericks. Harden finished with 25 points on 7-for-15 shooting, tying his season low with just 15 shot attempts one game after attempting a season-high 32. Without Chris Paul in the lineup, Harden has taken on an even bigger role in dishing out assists, as is evident by the 17 he racked up Wednesday. To top off his night, he set new season highs with 11 rebounds and six steals. If Paul remains sidelined for Friday’s match-up with the San Antonio Spurs, there’s no reason to think that Harden’s usage rate won’t continue to be sky high.--Jesse Borek
