Jamaal Williams To Lack Meaningful Role In Week 13
6 years agoGreen Bay Packers running back Jamaal Williams has what should be a favorable matchup in Week 13 against the Arizona Cardinals. However, his role on the offense has diminished which has made his fantasy value insignificant. Williams has only five touches over the past three weeks. He has been completely eclipsed in this offense by running back Aaron Jones and does not have a path back to relevance outside of injury. His most notable contributions at this point are returning kick-offs. Williams would only have fantasy value if Aaron Jones were to miss time due to injury. However, Williams wasn’t an effective fantasy option at the start of this year when he was getting the vast majority of the touches, so the upside isn’t there. Williams should not be started in any fantasy format in Week 13 and should not be owned in most formats.
