Aaron Rodgers Looks To Bounce Back In Week 13
6 years agoGreen Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has gone through rough patches before, but he has always maintained a very high weekly floor for fantasy purposes. That floor appears to have been lowered after a disappointing Week 12 outing against the Minnesota Vikings where he threw for only 198 yards and one touchdown. He has an excellent chance to bounce back against a very vulnerable Arizona Cardinals pass defense in Week 13. It is his best matchup in weeks and will additionally be a home game. Rodgers and Green Bay have struggled on the road this year. There has been a great deal of speculation about what is wrong with Rodgers. His accuracy is a little off, largely due to his aversion to setting his feet when he throws. He may be doing this to protect his injured knee, but he has gone through periods in the past where he has fallen into this habit and seen his accuracy suffer. The bigger issues are an offensive scheme that is becoming exponentially more antiquated each week and wide receiver group that despite drawing little praise is still largely overrated. Rodgers should still be viewed as a strong fantasy option for Week 13.
