Darren Collison Sets Season High In Assists And Steals
6 years agoIndiana Pacers point guard Darren Collison finished Saturday’s loss to the Sacramento Kings with his second double-double of the season, recording 11 points and a season-high 12 assists. To balance out the six turnovers he committed, he added a season-high six steals. Make that the second double-double this week for Collison, who has dished out 7.7 assists per game over his last seven contests, thriving even without Victor Oladipo in the fray. With nights like Saturday, there is little doubt Collison will remain the starting point guard going forward, so while he shouldn’t be counted on for double-doubles most nights, he’s worth rostering in a high-volume of formats.
