Karl-Anthony Towns Inefficiently Gets The Counting Stats
6 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves center Karl-Anthony Towns had a decent but less than stellar game against the Boston Celtics Saturday night. Towns scored 20 points on six for fifteen shooting and going just two for six from three-point range. Also in the contest, KAT had nine boards with a block and a steal. Since shooting guard Jimmy Butler got traded the Philadelphia 76ers Towns has thrived averaging 21.4 points and 14.6 rebounds a contest. The next game for the Timberwolves and Towns is Sunday versus the Houston Rockets. The Rockets have the fifth worst defensive rating in the league so expect Towns hot streak to continue.
