6 years agoGreen Bay Packers rookie wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling caught only two passes on seven targets for 19 yards. He added two carries for 29 yards on the day. Valdes-Scantling broke out earlier in the year, with his speed adding a sorely needed element to Green Bay’s offense. However, he has always struggled to create separation in one-on-one situations and as he has attracted more defensive attention the problem has become more conspicuous. Valdes-Scantling needs to work on his route running going forward. His potential makes him a worthwhile dynasty stash, but his production in recent weeks means that he can be ignored in redraft leagues, especially with no teams left on bye.--Tyger McGuiggan
