We only have five games tonight, but there is plenty of value because of multiple injuries. That means there are a plethora of ways to go about roster construction, which is sometimes surprising on only a five game slate.
In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 12/4/18. These DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on DraftKings.
You can also check out today's FanDuel lineup picks. As always, don't set your lineups to early and check player statuses prior to opening tip. Give me a follow on Twitter @BalesSJustin with questions or comments. Good luck everyone.

DraftKings DFS Guards
Zach LaVine - PG/SG, at IND ($8,400)
LaVine has been the focal point of the Chicago offense this season, sporting a 32.3% usage rating through 23 games. He has been playing at a high level recently, averaging 23.5 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 6.5 assists (41.6 fantasy points) in 35.2 minutes per game over the last 10 days. He has also scored 40+ fantasy points in six of his last seven games. Furthermore, LaVine gets a great matchup against the Indiana Pacers, who have struggled against guards without Victor Oladipo in the lineup.
Bogdan Bogdanovic - SG/SF, at PHO ($5,800)
Bogdanovic has finally been gifted big minutes, as he has played 28+ minutes in each of his last five games. He has also scored 30+ fantasy points in four of those games. Overall, he's averaging 19.0 points, 2.8 rebounds, 4.3 assists, and 1.0 steal (31.3 fantasy points) in 32.0 minutes per game over the last 10 days. He gets a downtick in pace against the Phoenix Suns, but they have struggled defensively this season. Bogdanovic is still surprisingly cheap, and he can safely be used in all leagues.
DraftKings DFS Forwards
Harrison Barnes - SF/PF, vs POR ($6,600)
Barnes gets a matchup against the Portland Blazers, who rank 29th in the NBA against small forwards this season. Barnes has been somewhat of an inconsistent option, but he's averaging 24.0 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 1.4 assists (36.1 fantasy points) in 33.2 minutes per game over his last five games. He has also scored 34+ fantasy points in four of those games, including 40+ fantasy points in each of his last two. Barnes makes an outstanding option on a smaller slate.
Josh Jackson - SF, vs SAC ($5,300)
Jackson will be locked into bigger minutes with Devin Booker and T.J. Warren out tonight. He has played 30+ minutes in each of his last two games, scoring 29.5 and 33.25 fantasy points in those games. His price tag has jumped from only $3,800 two games ago to $5,300 tonight. While that's a major concern, Jackson will see an uptick in pace against the Sacramento Kings, and he will benefit from a faster paced, higher scoring game. He certainly comes with some risk, but can be considered in all leagues.
DraftKings DFS Center
Richaun Holmes - PF/C, vs SAC ($3,800)
Holmes is in an interesting position. He's stuck behind Deandre Ayton, but he could see extended time with T.J. Warren and Devin Booker injured. Holmes has been a dominant option on a per minute basis, averaging 16.3 points, 11.7 rebounds, 1.8 steals, and 3.0 blocks on a per-36 minute basis this season. Even in limited minutes, he has scored 20+ DK points in six of his last seven games. Holmes has been a consistent option, and can be considered in all leagues in a plus matchup.
