6 years agoDallas Mavericks small forward Harrison Barnes logged just 24 minutes due to the nature of Wednesday’s blowout loss, but he made sure to still fill the scoring column, finishing with 16 points on 5-for-13 shooting, including three made threes in nine attempts from deep. His night was capped by his lack of contributions in other categories, having seen his rebounding average drop by a full board and a half this season (6.1 per game in 2017-18; 4.6 in 2018-19). Averaging more turnovers (1.7) per game than assists (1.3), Barnes is primarily a scoring option, albeit, one that nearly always delivers as he has just one single-digit outing in 19 contests.--Jesse Borek
