6 years agoCleveland Cavaliers shooting guard Alec Burks managed 22 points on 8-for-14 shooting in 38 minutes off the bench in Friday's 129-110 loss against the Sacramento Kings. He also hit 3-for-6 from behind the three-point line while posting nine assists, seven rebounds and one steal with just two turnovers. He was seeing a bump in playing time off the bench with Rodney Hood (foot) suffering an injury and missing the second half. Burks and Jordan Clarkson will see a bump in playing time and production if Hood is unavailable Saturday against the Washington Wizards.--Daniel Dobish
