6 years agoBrooklyn Nets point/shooting guard D'Angelo Russell handed out a season-high 11 assists during Saturday’s win over the New York Knicks. Russell struggled from the field scoring the ball, finishing with nine points, but was able to create opportunities for his teammates and deliver his second double-digit assist game of the year. Still just 22 years old, Russell has tons of basketball ahead of him, averaging career bests this season in points (18.1) and assists (5.9) through his first 28 contests.--Jesse Borek
