George Kittle Balls Out At Levi Stadium
6 years agoSan Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle amassed 210 yards and a touchdown on seven receptions in Week 14’s victory over the Denver Broncos. Kittle was on fire in the first half, repeatedly ripping chunk gains. He was left wide open in the second quarter for an 85-yard score. Oddly, the entirety of Kittle’s damage was inflicted before halftime. Needing only five yards to break the single-game record for tight ends, Kittle didn’t touch the ball once in the second half. His disappearance was a letdown in an otherwise monster day. Kittle surpassed 1,000 yards on the season with his big game and has emerged as a top-3 tight end. He’ll be an obvious TE1 in Week 15 against the Seattle Seahawks.
