6 years agoMontreal Canadiens goaltender Carey Price allowed three goals on 26 shots in Saturday's 4-3 overtime victory on the road at Vegas, leading his team to a sweep of Marc-Andre Fleury and the Golden Knights. Price was able to slap the brakes on a mini two-game losing skid, a span which saw the Habs score just one total goal in a home outing against Boston and a road date with Colorado. Center Phillip Danault posted a hat trick to back his goaltender, and Paul Byron did the honors in overtime with the game winning tally. Montreal returns to action after the Christmas break on Friday, Dec. 28 in Florida.--Daniel Dobish
