6 years agoLos Angeles Kings goaltender Jonathan Quick allowed just two goals on 31 shots in Saturday's 3-2 overtime victory on the road against the San Jose Sharks. He improved to just 4-8-2 with a 3.06 goals-against average and .900 save percentage on the season. Perhaps he needs to face the Sharks a little more. He entered the afternoon contest with an impressive 15-11-6 record, 2.53 GAA and .910 save percentage with three shutouts in 34 career appearances against San Jose. It's uncertain if he'll be taxed with starting in the back-to-back situation Sunday in Los Angeles. If not, his next outing would be Thursday against Arizona after the holiday break.--Daniel Dobish
