Artemi Panarin Nets His 100th Career Goal In Home Loss
6 years agoColumbus Blue Jackets left wing Artemi Panarin netted an even-strength marker with 88 seconds remaining in regulation Friday in a 4-2 loss against the Toronto Maple Leafs. While it wasn't a goal which had any importance in changing the outcome of the game, it was important since it was the 100th marker of his career. Left wing Nick Foligno was also able to score a goal while taking a game-high six shots, but Sergei Bobrovsky was beaten four times on 29 shots as the Maple Leafs tied a season-best with their fifth consecutive victory. Columbus will look to bounce back on New Year's Eve against the visiting Ottawa Senators.
