6 years agoBoston Celtics small forward Gordon Hayward had a decent performance versus the New York Knicks Friday. Hayward scored 14 points going five for eight from the floor with two of those makes coming from way downtown. On top of Hayward's scoring, he also chipped in with three boards and two blocks. For Hayward, the key to whether he is successful or not is his field goal percentage. Since Hayward has averaged just 9.1 shots a game his opportunities are very limited and his production for fantasy players can fluctuate between a pleasant surprise to just a total dud. For fantasy players in season-long leagues if you can move Hayward for a player that gets more touches it may be better for you as there will be fewer variances.--Matt Sparkington - RotoBaller
