6 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid had a tremendous outing versus the Brooklyn Nets on Thursday. Embiid scored 39 points, shooting 12 of 20 from the floor and 12 of 16 from the free-throw line. Also in the contest, Embiid had 13 boards and six assists. This was the fourth game in a row where Embiid has played well. During this current four-game span Embiid has averaged 30.8 points and 14.3 rebounds. The next opponent for the 76ers and Embiid are the Minnesota Timberwolves on Saturday.
