6 years agoPortland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard needed his partner in crime, C.J. McCollum, to return to his side in order to get his offensive groove back. Lillard connected on 9-for-19 shooting to score 30 points while handing out five assists and grabbing six rebounds and making five triples on the night. It was the first time the All-Star scored 30-plus points in six games and the first time making five-plus threes in nine games. The Trail Blazers have two games left and they cannot go any lower than fourth but can move up, so we can assume Lillard will be a full participant in Tuesday's game versus the Lakers.--Gianni Costantiello
