6 years agoSan Diego Padres outfielder Hunter Renfroe smacked his fourth homer in Tuesday’s loss to the San Francisco Giants. Renfroe now has an absurd 12 percent home run rate and 57 percent HR/FB in just 33 plate appearances. He’s slashing .333/.394/.833 with 12 runs-plus-RBI. Due to his defensive limitations, Renfroe has played the minority’s share of an outfield platoon with Franmil Reyes, but the power is legitimate. With Franchy Cordero (elbow) sidelined, the Friars outfield has become less murky, but Renfroe’s playing time is still not reliable. He’ll remain a more relevant DFS option in fantasy, especially against left-handed pitching with a career .929 OPS.--Andrew Le - RotoBaller
