6 years agoIndiana Pacers forward TJ Leaf got some extra run with many of the Pacers starters getting the night off, and he made the most of his minutes as he poured in a career-high 28 points in the one-point win over the Hawks. Leaf connected on 12 of 19 shooting and added 10 rebounds while adding two assists with two steals and two blocks for one of the best lines of the night. He was definitely one of the better value plays on Wednesday, and onlookers need to take note that once the regulars return to the lineup, Leaf will go back to a minimal bench role.--Gianni Costantiello
