6 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers guard/forward Ben Simmons scored 14 points on an efficient 7-for-8 shooting in the 13-point loss to the Raptors in Game 1 of their series with the Raptors. Simmons added nine rebounds with three assists and two steals in 34 minutes of action. Simmons recorded just two turnovers which was a relief after recording 24 total in three regular season games when Kawhi Leonard suited up against him this season. Though his line was efficient, Simmons was not overly aggressive and the Raptors did an excellent job slowing down the Aussie from the attacking the rim. Expect a different 76ers team in Game 2 as the game was much more out of hand than the score shows.--Gianni Costantiello
