6 years agoHouston Rockets guard James Harden connected on just 9-for-28 shooting from the floor to score 35 points in the four-point loss to the Warriors on Sunday in Game 1 of their series. Harden was excellent at the line where he made 13 of 14 of his attempts and added six assists with four boards and three steals with four turnovers across 39 minutes. Harden was asked after the game about how the refs missed four closeout foul calls alone in the first half and he went to add that they continued to miss them in the second half, which led to a frustrated Chris Paul eventually getting ejected out of frustration. Harden is due for an eruption on offense, and it could come as soon as Game 2.--Gianni Costantiello
