6 years agoChicago Cubs outfielder Kris Bryant went 0-for-3 with a walk against the Brewers on Friday. After compiling six hits and four homers in his previous five outings, it was an uneventful showing for the 27-year-old and the rest of his teammates against Gio Gonzalez, who allowed only two hits and no runs in 5 1/3 innings of work. He will look to avenge his inefficient play against Zach Davies and the Brewers on Saturday afternoon. In 38 at-bats, Bryant is averaging a healthy .368 average to go along with 14 hits, six RBI, and two home runs with only four strikeouts against the righty throughout his career.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
