6 years agoMiami Marlins outfielder Curtis Granderson went 1-for-4 with a double along with a walk during Wednesday's loss to the Tampa Bay Rays. After coming in as a pinch hitter in the team's previous two outings which resulted in only two plate appearances, the 38-year-old played a full tilt in this one despite having relatively nothing to show for it. With Miami going 0-for-10 on the night with runners in scoring position, manager Don Mattingly may opt to continue to play around with the lineup in an attempt to get something going for one of the league's worst offenses, leaving the veteran with little fantasy appeal for the immediate future.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
