Francisco Lindor Picks Up Two Hits On Thursday
6 years agoCleveland Indians shortstop Francisco Lindor went 2-for-4 during Thursday's 14-7 win over the Baltimore Orioles. The 25-year-old had two hits on the night in addition to scoring off of a single by Carlos Gonzalez in the third inning and a double by Carlos Santana in the bottom of the seventh. Lindor, who returned this season at the end of April after dealing with an ankle and calf injury, started the year slow but has since turned it around, sporting a line of .321/.397/.472 in May. He will look to improve those numbers against Dylan Bundy and the Orioles on Friday in the second of a four-game set.
