5 years agoHouston Astros second baseman Jose Altuve (hamstring) had a single and a run scored with two strikeouts across five at-bats at Triple-A Round Rock in his first game in a minor-league rehab assignment. The Express have a doubleheader and he is scheduled to play in one of the two games. If that goes well he will likely be back in the middle of the week before the team heads out of town for a road trip. Fantasy owners might want to play it safe and keep him reserved until he can officially return and prove his health. At the very least he will miss at least two of the team's six scheduled games in the upcoming week.--Daniel Dobish
