5 years agoSt. Louis Blues defenseman Carl Gunnarsson notched the game-winning goal in overtime in Game 2 against the Boston Bruins on Wednesday. He also tacked on an assist and finished with a plus-2 rating while blocking one shot over his 18:18 of ice time. Gunnarsson nearly won it in the final moments of regulation, but he clanged one off of the post. The overtime game winner gave the Blues their first-ever Stanley Cup Finals victory after losing 13 consecutive times. The series shifts back to St. Louis for Game 3 on Saturday.--Daniel Dobish
