5 years agoSeattle Mariners catcher Omar Narvaez continued his breakout campaign Saturday with a four-hit effort against the Tigers. All of his knocks went for singles, and he scored a pair of runs batting out of the third spot in the lineup for the second start in a row. Narvaez holds a stellar .298/.369/.483 slash line with 16 homers, 51 runs, and 41 RBI on the season continuing to bat in the meat of the M’s order. He hasn’t shown signs of slowing down with a .319 batting average since the break, and will continue to be a top producer at the position down the stretch.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
