5 years agoCincinnati Bengals wide receiver A.J. Green (ankle) underwent a procedure on Tuesday to clean out the ankle that he injured on Saturday. While there still may be a chance that he will be ready to go for the team's Week 1 encounter with the Seattle Seahawks, this news makes it highly unlikely at this point. The 30-year-old is expected to miss up to eight weeks which would mean that he would make his 2019 debut around Week 3 in Buffalo.
