5 years agoThe Denver Broncos have signed former Lions running back Theo Riddick. The 28-year-old played six seasons in Detroit before being released by the team this past offseason, finishing with just 1,023 rushing yards and five touchdowns on 288 attempts. Though his running numbers weren’t impressive by any means, Riddick shined at times out of the backfield, finishing his tenure in Detroit with 2,238 receiving yards and 14 touchdowns. He will likely be relegated behind Phillip Lindsay and Royce Freeman, with Devontae Booker knocking on his door for the third spot on the team’s depth chart.
