5 years agoOakland Raiders wide receiver Antonio Brown is making headlines in a negative way again, this time regarding his head not his feet. The reason for Brown's absence recently has been largely due to the league not letting him wear his old helmet, which he feels he can see better through than the new ones issued for this season. Sources say he refuses to play unless he can wear his 10-year-old helmet and a meeting is scheduled for early next week to resolve the issue. The good news is the Raiders feel his foot ailment will be a non-issue moving forward, but the off-field distractions that are piling up are a cause for concern. Brown remains one of the most talented players in the NFL, but his recent antics are making him a difficult player to invest in this season.
