5 years agoColorado Rockies outfielder David Dahl is out of his walking boot and doing exercises as he recovers from a high-ankle sprain that has kept him sidelined since August 3. Manager Bud Black said he's "progressing" and "feeling much better.' The club will further assess a possible timeline for a return to the lineup early this week in their next series versus the Diamondbacks. Dahl was hitting a shiny .302 with 15 homers, 67 runs, and 61 RBI before going down and should return contributing sterling numbers when he returns to the lineup likely in early to mid-September.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
