5 years agoHouston Astros infielder Aledmys Diaz is scheduled to return from the injured list on Tuesday when the club begins a series versus the Rays. He was placed on the 10-day IL last weekend with dizziness and will return to a vacated role left by shortstop Carlos Correa. Diaz has a .267 average with seven homers and 28 RBI in 45 games for the Astros this season and will hold some AL-only appeal as a middle infielder. He should receive the majority of starts at shortstop with Correa out while batting near the bottom of that potent lineup.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
