5 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers running back Peyton Barber ran for just 33 yards on eight carries against the 49ers Defense on Sunday. As expected, Barber saw less action than Ronald Jones II, who finished with 75 yards on 13 attempts while Dare Ogunbowale served in a James White type role by pulling in four receptions for 33 yards. Though Barber will likely have more productive outings at some point this season, Tampa’s committee approach will continue to decrease his fantasy stock, relegating him to waivers, at least for now.
